Licence renewal reminder calendar
Never let a date creep up on you. Enter when your licence runs out, choose how far ahead you want to be nudged, and download a calendar file for your phone or computer.
How it works
- You enter your licence expiry date, and optionally a DBS date and a medical date. The reminders are all-day events a number of weeks before each date, plus an event on the day itself.
- The lead times are our suggestions, not TfL rules. TfL decides when you can apply to renew and what you must provide. Check the TfL licence page, and see renewing your licence, before you plan.
- The file is built in your browser. Your dates are not sent to us. They are remembered in this browser only, so they are there next time.
- To use the file, open it and your calendar app will offer to add the events. On a phone, tap the download. On a computer, double-click it or import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Not an official reminder service. A calendar file is only as good as the dates you enter. Missing a TfL deadline can have consequences, so confirm your dates against your licence and TfL's own messages.
