How it works
Commission is taken from your fares, so to cover costs you need fares of costs divided by (1 minus commission). For example, with costs of 400 and 20% commission you would need 400 / 0.8 = 500 in fares. Add a take-home target to see the fares needed to reach it.
- You enter every number. We do not supply typical earnings, costs or commission rates.
- Costs are assumed to be the same each week. Real weeks vary, so use averages from several weeks.
- Results are before tax. Nothing here calculates tax, National Insurance or VAT, and it is not tax or financial advice.
